Privacy Policy — GeetAmrit

GeetAmrit ("the app") is provided by Flowmeta ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data we collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app:

• Requires no account and asks for no personal information
• Uses no analytics, tracking, or advertising services
• Does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or files outside its own private storage

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following locally on your device only:

• Your selected language, bookmarks, reading progress, completed verses, and settings (text size, auto-play, background chant)
• Downloaded language packs (Gita text and audio files), saved in the app's private storage

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Network access

The app connects to the internet only to:

• Download language packs from our content server (gita-download-worker.kamaldua87.workers.dev). These requests carry no personal information — only the requested language file name and a time-based authorization token.
• Check network connectivity status on the download screen (performed on-device; nothing is transmitted).

Our content server may log standard, non-identifying request metadata (such as IP address and timestamp) as part of normal operation. We do not use these logs to identify or track users.

Third-party services

The app embeds no third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Open-source libraries used in the app are listed under Settings → Open source licenses.

Children's privacy

The app contains only devotional text and audio, collects no data, and is suitable for all ages.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how data is handled, we will update this page and the "effective date" above before the change takes effect.
